Alain began his professional career in 1983 and is a CFA charterholder. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montreal, for which he obtained an award of excellence in finance. Alain co-founded Claret Asset Management and is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. Before joining Claret, Alain worked for 16 years as an investment advisor and as a Vice-President at CIBC Wood Gundy. Alain speaks English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese.

Alexandre graduated from HEC Montréal and began his professional career in 2017 at CIBC Wood Gundy, one of Canada’s largest wealth management firms. He also served on a local board of directors for Desjardins, the largest financial cooperative in Quebec. Alex joined the Claret team in 2018, first as a trader and analyst, and has since been promoted to the role of Portfolio Manager in 2024. On a personal note, during his studies, Alexandre earned the Governor General of Canada’s Academic Bronze Medal.

Vincent began his professional career in 1999 and is a CFA charterholder since 2004. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Economics. Vincent has been an active member of the CFA Montreal society and was elected President in 2010-11. He joined Claret in 2002 and is a Portfolio Manager.

Chris began his professional career in 2016, as a financial analyst, in the Financial Technology Credit/Lending sector. He earned his MBA, part-time, from Concordia University in 2019. Chris has been a member of Claret since 2018 working in trading & research and recently moved into the role of Portfolio Manager.
